We work hard to provide the finest dental care at a reasonable cost to our patients. While we will gladly work with your insurance company to help you maximize your insurance benefits, you are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of what your coverage might be.
Each patient is sent a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond to this statement in 4-6 weeks. If your insurance payment has not been processed in that timeframe, please call our office. We appreciate your prompt remittance. Monthly payment plans are available, but all arrangements must be made before the procedure.
